Bear it was not really directed at you, but that being said I went back to the MDW post both market fixes in post #54 and #56 seem old. Dates on the build.prop files are from June and reference. FRFXXX build numbers not newer FRG01B or FRG22.
This will definitley get you access to the protected apps but unless it FRF was the build number for the Nexus1 update I don't know how it will help you get flash
Thanks RGB you solved one mystery...clearing market data and cache worked. However still does not show protected apps. I know the market fixes no matter which one you use does work.
Craig, yea, the OTAs of 01B are pretty mysterious. Having received 3 today, I'd be glad to send one to you if you'd like. dancedroid
Re: 22D, I'm running very vanilla, no themes or anything. Just ADW. At least one of the 22D people who have reported Adobe Flash in Market has a Nexus version of Gallery. It is remotely possible that that is the source of the difference.
Was able to see flash on the market BUT I have other apps that were not on the market and had to go to Titanium backup for install.

I'm also not able to update to the latest google maps, google voice, and google search. Somebody mentioned a market fix in OP MDW thread. Could somebody spell that out for me?
Thanks

OK, whatever happened to edit? ANyway I figured out not more than 30 seconds after i posted that last one. So as I slap the back of my own head for being a DORK I am getting the market fix. Peace Droidheads.
I just cleared Market's cache and data and found Flash showing up. Just downloaded and installed this one from Market; as mentioned, it's identical to the one available on the download mirror.
It would seem that under P3's FRG22D, vanilla, we've got Flash if Market's cache and data are cleared. I had read about this in the original thread but failed to believe and try it. I'm glad it works. :icon_ banana:

P.S. Still no more OTA's, thank goodness dancedroid
Oh, and Lump, you might want to wait on the Market update. I suspect, as has been suggested, Market itself has to be brought up to date, which won't happen until 22D is officially released. Also, some of these apps may not be 22D-ready, and that may be why they aren't showing up.
Personally, I didn't like what the Market update did to 22D, but maybe I used the wrong version.

DOH :icon_eek:, too late. Your message was received about a minute after I updated. i still can't install the google apps mentioned above but the others did show up. I knew I should have done a Nandroid backup first.

Use root explorer to remove voice search and quick search from system/app folder, reboot and then install. I will edit this post for the maps fix once I find my post on mdw.

Appreciate the offer icon_eek, but I have my own fish to fry right now. I am installing right now and ran into a major snag. My SU was total fubar, certainly due to only wiping cache, and having manually installed the latest XDA SU. So......., right now I just performed a total wipe/factory reset, and reinstall of this 22D, so I will see what is broken in my Market. I need to get my phone back operational, setup and everything, then I can see what the VZW OTA has in store for me............
