I am running them, and the 3g turbo.... don't know that I notice alot of difference from just v6. But everything is snappy. And my NFL.com, droidforums, and facebook apps come up fast.
Best to just read the thread..... it' verbose!

Ok. I tried running the 3g turbo before, but it refused to allow a connection to wifi for some reason. I always received an error when I turned it on. I take it that yours is working fine?

Thanks. This is really odd, but I get the same error (it starts but doesn't d/l). Tried IE too with a similar error. I'm wondering if the error is on my side (at work). May try this at home.
Sigh ... got all the way through SBF and update but will need to wait until I get home for root and CM7GB.
I downloaded an app called "Dock Nothingness" that when you choose it as the default and you put it in the dock, the phone does... Nothing 
It's one of the most useful apps I've ever found.
I got it because I have a dock when I'm at work listening to Pandora, and I'm constantly taking the phone off the dock, so when I plug it back in, I don't want to have to fight with it to get Pandora displaying again.

Try downloading it from your phone. The file is only 1.4MB
Hey just did the cm4d2gb flash on my droid x. Real nice, some bugs I've noticed. Camera won't zoom or take pictures. Or at least it tries to take picture but saves it as a blacked out picture. I also can't go into landscape mode. All settings at enabling it to auto adjust. Those are just two problems that I distinctively noticed. Any fix?

Anybody noticing there phone maintaining a temperature of 102°f to 104°f during normal use? That's kind of hot for mine. I'm thinking that I should have left the 98kickasskernel off. To remove that tweak would I just delete the file in the init.d folder?

Um, yeah... install CM4DXGB instead of CM4D2GB

Am I the only one having problems with the camera in the 8/30 build? It freezes whenever I try to zoom.
