I know its off topic, but it's kind of weird. All Android products on the Verizon site say this color is temporarily out of stock. Can't add anything to your cart.

It is gonna be $299 according to their ad. @all the ppl that keep saying the main attraction of this phone is the 4G....uhhhh wrong! I want it becuz it's unlocked.
I guess I'm in a minority. I don't have 4g I want the screen camera hd video unlocked bigger than incredible HTC sense over blur.4g will come when I hit a area but hey I want this phone ASAP

the LTE to me is irrelevent. I wont have it until 2013 likely. But the fact that it is an HTC phone with a 4.3" screen, newer processor, more ram, etc. But for now stuck with my razr v9 until big red decides to make this important enough to release onto the market.
I got an email today from BB touting their 4G line up which showed in the email the HTC TB. Of course when you click on it to shop its NOT in the lineup. Honestly at this point Best Buy could be accused of "bait and switch" since they continue to advertise a phone that has (as some have put it) announced "officially" from Verizon and their reps could easily be pushing people into other phones. Yes this is a real, valid and legal issue for Best Buy.
Trust me I would NOT waste my time on a class action lawsuit, however I have no issue with sending a complaint to the FTC. Anytime I have ever received a notice that I was part of a class action lawsuit for some frivolous thing I shred it. The time, money is a waste the only ones who get real money are the lawyers.
Bait and Switch is a FTC issue not a Class Action issue.
Yeah but we have TheWorldOfJohnboy here with his actual live device he has on loan from Verizon. I even sent an email to AndroidCentral pointing them to his thread and no reply so I posted it in several threads.
I am not looking for cross traffic issues, but seriously someone got a few minutes to play with a phone vs someone who is using it as a daily driver with real world hands on. Amazing to me how they have ignored it, again.
I checked Verizon's site, I see the TB ad page now has "strikes soon" under the ThunderBolt part. Seriously I have a better chance of getting hit by actual lighting than getting the TB this month.
"Very Soon", "Strikes Soon" are all subjective and too open ended. Hey Verizon, can you hear me now. Its time to S#!t or get off the Pot

To be honest, I'm pretty much over this phone...I thought it was bad that I had to wait 6 weeks for the car that I ordered...but this is pretty incredible. My VZW guy said that he just wishes it would come out already so people stop asking about it.
I won't have 4g til later this year or early next, so that's not a selling point for me. I am still on my original OG droid (never had any replacements *knock on wood*) and it's still going strong!! Oh well...on to the next...
