The day I've dreaded for so long is finally here... At least they didn't do this last year when it would have strangled Android in the cradle. I don't know how Android will fare, the Apple brand name is so strong and the sheeple are just obsessively draw to it, even though they are giving up functionality, freedom, and big $$$ (you have to pay for almost every app on Iphone, whereas every Android app I've used to far has been free).
The good news is that AT&T has stated that they are going to be a much bigger Android partner now, and since Verizon was showing off all the Android 4G devices, it doesn't seem (hopefully) that Verizon will be giving Android the cold shoulder, either, especially since they make way more money off us than iPhone users.
As for Sprint and T-Mobile, they should merge, then file an antitrust lawsuit against Verizon, AT&T and Apple for unfair restraint of trade.
We'll see what happens... I hope Android will survive... long live Android, long live freedom!!!
