Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss

I keep getting the error lines when fxzing back to 902 in the process 'adb' is not recognized as an internal or external command...yadda yadda
'moto-fastboot' is not recognized as an internal or external command...yadda yadda

my folder looks just like the OP's screen shot and I definitely have the win32 fastboot files and moto drivers are up to date. What next?

The only reason I know of that you would get those errors are if adb.exe and the moto-fastboot files were not in the same folder as the RUNME.bat file. I know you said the directory looks the same as OP, but please double check to make sure those files are in the same folder as the batch file. Might not be a bad idea to re-download those files as well, there could be some corruption causing them to not be recognized.

Would it be reasonable to zip up a correctly assembled directory of the files required and upload them as a torrent or host them somewhere? I'm not sure where that leaves you on EULA's for driver packages, etc., but if it's an option that would simplify the process for people.

I thought about it but the zip is like 700 megs and I have no place to host it. It would be nice to have a zip you could just extract with everything all set to go.

I will host it if you want. I made a zip with the original script with the fxz file include but it was over 2 gigs so I didn't bother. You can also sign up for a 4shared account and get 15gb of storage for free. see the link in my signature.

It's being worked on as we speak. When the URL is posted if you want to mirror it that'd be splendid. My file is a gig and contains the full FXZ, razr's edge root, the 905 update, the 230 update, and everything set up and ready to go. Basically the user will be responsible for installing the drivers, unzipping my zip, and running the darn thing. :)

No idea. I think you guys will love what I called it. :D But this should simplify things IMMENSELY. Install driver, unzip my file, run it. I will keep the RUNME.txt attached so that people can grab the zip once, and then grab the latest script attachment to drop in there. This community rocks. Thanks everyone for coming together on this!

Wonderful! If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest including the driver installation packages for 32 and 64 bit architectures so everything's in one place.

I'm not going to do that for 2 reasons. One, it's publicly available on moto's site. Two, I have no idea if they'd get all upset about someone distributing it without permission so I don't even wanna go there. We link to the moto driver manager in the OP. That really should be good enough I think.

Seems reasonable. Is there a way to do an automatic signature verification on a zip file? It'd be nice if you could do that to ensure people are getting an uncorrupted download.

All the ones linked to in the OP have been used successfully. That definitely looks right to me. We're putting together a zip package that people will be able to download. I'm guessing another hour or two before it's ready.
