Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss

As you may see, I have started updating the OP with instructions for the full package. The links are in progress and should be done in an hour or so. I will update the post with links and any mirrors people add as they become available. I have included the 905 and 230 updates in the package and they will get pushed to your phone. I will add the hashes for the file once the links are done so that people can verify the download. This should significantly make this process easier for people to follow.

do we need to remove ".nodataloss" and use that xml to properly roll back to 902 without data loss?
You don't need to do anything with the xml files. The only thing you care about is running RUNME.bat. IF the process fails miserably and hoses your phone, the xml file that's in there can be used in RSD Lite to do a FULL FXZ back to 902 which will wipe your phone. I included the nodataloss version of it for those that know what it is and what to do with it if they want an optional way to flash back to 902 with no data loss. It's not the recommended way because that method WILL reboot your phone into 902 which could in theory corrupt your system data if you're coming from an ICS build. My method doesn't do that and leaves your data untouched. I only included it for completeness of the package. I like to be thorough.

That's a machine problem then. You've got something going on with your machine that's preventing it from working.

When you do this, are you just double clicking the RUNME.bat file or are you doing something different?
It shouldn't matter, but try opening command prompt and navigating to the folder that everything is in, then try adb reboot bootloader to see if the command itself works. Also, I guess I should ask, did you extract the zip file or just open the zip and try running the batch file? That would cause that error as well.
