Downgrade to 902 - No app or data loss

ok, wiping cache didnt work so now trying factory reset. If that doesnt work then back to fxz. oh well, thats what happens when you want to play:p
I've got about an hour to play before bed time. if I cant get it by then I guess no phone till tomorrow evening LOL

thats what I thought I would have to do anyways after all those errors. What is the best way to fxz back to .902 and then get back to .232? thanks SamuriHL for all your help.
I should have all the files nessesary plus rsd 5.7

Was really hoping this new leak would put EVERYONE at 1.2....thats the only complaint I have with 230. The phone is rock solid on 230 atm, don't see anything to pull me over to 232!?

Other than the dock fix, was there any other big addition?

I haven't noticed any options or anything, probably just more hidden stability.

In regards to your hopes of all being 1.2, I think that's asking a bit much, I highly doubt they'd overclock everyone on stock. And I really don't think you'll see a boost that is big enough to compensate the battery life lost in a mere 200mhz.

Yea, I hear ya. Really can't complain...like I said, 230 is super smooth for me. Just wanted to give the 1.2 a test run. :icon_ lala:

And BTW, don't understand why this thread isn't stickied yet!? Samuri and Co. have done an amazing job in making this script! :hail:

Thanks and no choice in the matter. Rebuilding from .902 to the latest and manually recover using Titanium backup.

Either way, thanks and hopefully this build the latest that is will hold me over till something more official from OTA. ICS has been pretty nice and my only problem as of late relates to WIFI issues like most everyone. Sorli...

Yeah :) I am running .232 and its good. I don't see a reason to to update, especially with how great this batch script runs.

I have read that the phone does some kind of check when you boot to see if it can handle 1.2 and clocks it down if it fails that check. However, I believe that's speculation until proven. Mine's run 1.2 since the first leak, but, I have a refurb. No idea how my launch day bionic would have handled it.

there was an executable file found that states your phone max freq. it can not be changed with root explorer, but people are looking into seeing if you can flash a new file in recovery or push on with adb.

Ended up fxz back to 902, OTA 905 and ran the zip from the front page and guess what? I'm still on .230 LOL I thought that was the one to take you to .232? Now that I am back on .230 maybe I'll download a fresh install and try again tomorrow. Who knows, it might work this time.
