does anyone have a copy of the changelog from the 893 update??? I was to anxious to get 2.0 with the updated kernel and radio that I didn't care at the time and now I wish i would have peaked at it

Grrrrrr I'm gonna take a quick nap then get back on this 2.1. The ui looks awesome just two our there links I can't find. Like the damn text color for recent calls.

Is it worth the extra effort to get new OTA Kernel and Radio?

I am currently running V2.0 with 3XP3RI3NC3 and the Retro theme. All seems well.

I still suffer from what I believe to be basic problems with the phone getting 3g. Only works if I select CDMA only in preferred network. Even then it seems to drop some and takes a long time before it connects after I flash.

Will the OTA Kernel and Radio help my 3g issues? If so it might be worth the extra effort (and risk?).

Any thoughts appreciated.

Not sure if it will help...but the whole process was pretty easy as long as u follow steps exactly!!! did it last night no problems...

does that retro theme have 1% battery increments??

When I restore all apps and system data after flashing a fresh 2.0 everything works fine but the wallpaper WILL NOT change no matter what. It will only change after a reboot and then it shuffles all my widgets around to different home screens. Also restoring system data does not restore widgets or contact ringtones.

Because you are restoring OLD APP and SYSTEM DATA. There is a reason we wipe. If you wipe and add the **** that was the reason for the wipe... It will never work out.

Umm I guess that makes sense even though I was backing up 2.0 and restoring in 2.0. I backed up my app+system data with Titanium backup in 2.0, went stock, flashed .893, then wiped all data and re-installed 2.0, let it settle then restored app+system data with Titanium. So really I was just putting 2.0 back on 2.0 over the .893 update.

Yes it has 1% increments.

Restoring app data is one thing you MIGHT be able to skate on in some rare instances. But system data is almost always a no no. Just causes problems.

Any chance you'll be tackeling the camcorder focusing constatntly issue? Or is it a hardware issue?

You know what this rom needs. Is a power button menu that is on the liberty rom. With reboot, and screenshot + recovery boot. I really like having the screenshot option from the power menu.

Awesome Mod

beautiful job with this rev. My only complaint wasn't with you, I put the ICS Theme. It's beautiful but it took my Droid Bootanimation away. I had to fix that.
I put in ROM ToolBox Pro. i'm good to go. Got my Radio fix and I'm still Rooted. can't wait to see what you do next.dancedroid

Ok thanks. This is clearly a problem as it's now doing it every time I reboot and stuff is just flat out vanishing from the home screen if not reshuffled.
