More info for the thread/dev:

After putting email address and password via the My Accounts>Add Account screen, I get "Error could not connect to server." Good thing I don't care about my yahoo account (gmail user here).

On another note, I don't use corp sync.

By the way, love this rom. Best phone evah with Incognito theme on top!! dancedroid

I was able to go to email enter in my info and it set up no problem. Good damn thing too because if it didn't id be lost.

Great rom! I hate most aspects of BLUR, but how can I go about putting the blur widgets and cardock back?

I've been on this "ROM" for a few days now and I'm having a strange issue which I'm not sure is the ROM or the phone or my setting. On an incoming or outgoing call I can't hear the person on the other end, but they can hear me. It was fine before switching to this ROM - I was on the OTA 2.2.

Sometimes it's the other way around where they can't hear me , but I can hear them - it's really strange and might force me to restore my backup.

Has anyone else experienced this or able to offer things to check? I've been going crazy trying to solve this.

Yes only restore user apps and data. Do NOT restore system apps/data!

Did you remember to click /mount system before flashing the ROM? If you don't mount the system, it can't be written to so the ROM actually doesn't install and you just have an empty /system partition, thus the stuck at M.

If that's the case, you'll need to use the SBF to restore your phone.

just realized what i did, i formatted system, data and cache and mounted then hit reboot....without install zip (FML) same process as you just mentioned?

Yeah, same end result (empty /system partition). Unfortunately, the recovery environment was wiped, so the only way out of this is to use the sbf file.

Can people who are having Yahoo! mail issues let me know what they're doing to add the account?

I just reactivated my old Ymail account, put the address and password into the email app and it synced right away.

Remember that anything but Gmail is not push on Android, so there will be delay depending on what you set the refresh period to be.

I go to accounts>add account>yahoo mail>enter info>get error message on 3g or wifi

Same thing is happening when I try to add my hotmail same steps but click on email not yahoo

Hoep that helps a little... is there another way to set it up? No biggie for me since the only one i use day to day is my gmail

Absolutely love the ROM...only question I have is...with the new home screen when on the dock...can we keep it from going to the black/green screen saver?
