Rom seems Awesome! None of my contacts synced though and I don't have the facebook APP. How do I get it back?

Is there anyway we can get the Neural Network Live Wallpaper as an APK? or some other way we can install that on another rom?

Did you have contact syncing with Google enabled before? If you did, they should have synced back when you signed in with your Google account.

Try looking in My Accounts, find your Google account, and make sure all the options you want synced are checked (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts,...)

Yes, you can just pull the LiveWallpapers.apk from this ROM and install it on the system/app/ of another ROM and it should work.

What happened to the cool grass background? I just installed RC2 and now the grass wallpaper's been replaced with some boring text that says Tranquility.

Love the speed and look of the rom. One thing though. My WiFi constantly tries to obtain IP address. I looked at my router and sees that the Droid gets an IP address. I tried changing settings on the WiFi, such as "Enable Auto IP" but I end up getting a 169 even though it says differently on my router. Ideas?:blackdroid:

I haven't had any trouble with wifi. But I'm on an old G router with no security

Did you apply another theme over this? I remember this being an issue on the Droid 1 when the services.jar was messed up.

Mine gets an IP within a second or two of connecting to my router.

No theme :/. I did it straight from leaked Froyo to your RC1. I saw the problem in RC1 and hoped RC2 fixed it. Is there a way to repair the services.jar directly?

Just tried formatting everything and do a clean RC2 and tested the wireless right away. Still a no go. I will test on different types of networks.

Trying to remove CarHome and having problems, wondering if someone can help.

When I type carhome -rm, it says

mount: Operation not permitted
failed on '/system/app/CarHomeGoogle.apk' - Read-only file system
failed on '/system/app/CarHomeLauncher.apk' - Read-only file system
mount: Operation not permitted
Removed Car Home App

I've verified that Car Home is still installed and tried using the carhome -rm command a couple times. Can someone help me find what's wrong?

If your using root explorer make sure to hit the mount r/w button at time

Just loaded RC2 over RC1. Formatted system, but left data and cache then reloaded NexTheme after first RC2 boot.

Retained all my setting and apps - everything seems fine. Could be just bit faster, so far so good. I'll keep an eye on battery and other issues.
