Well the concept for me W's to have a choice. . The aosp is great for speed and gets rid of bloat and other blur nonsense i don't use... but the Dx theme i am a fan of... the icons are more distinguished and i am still proud of my sick DX... just not the blur launcher

You do have a good point there. I do like the icons too. I guess to me I look at the theme it reminds me if how much I want vanilla instead.

How can we get a camcorder button? Unless I'm missing something, the only way I can get to the camcorder is pressing the camera button first, then switching it to camcorder.

Looking for help on my camcorder issue.

I'm also having a problem with the hard buttons. Sometimes I have to press the back button twice for it to go back. Sometimes this happens with the menu button as well. But not as often as the back button.

Far as getting to camcorder, there is a way in or through Launcherpro plus, not sure if its in just launcherpro, but what you do is add a shortcut to one of your homescreens. Menu>add>shortcut>activities> scroll down to camera, click on it for it to expand, then click the second one, I believe it says camecorder in line code. And just press OK.

Far as but5ons not working, I don't have that problem. So I wont be able to help you on that one.

More info on the battery notification indicator. The system is still giving out battery information in 10% increments. If you check battery status, or use a widget, they will get the correct 10% info. The notification bar has a bug that causes it to only display changes on 20%'s.

So, It's very unlikely that you'll see 1%, but I know that drod is aware of it, and hopes to have a fix to chagne it back to 10%, at the very least.

In the meantime, if you want your 10% increments back, just load a widget. I use guage battery widget, they all should work.

After upgrading to Rubix 1.0, I am randomly having my Landscape mode switch to portrait then right back when it is not being touched. It is super annoying, as it does it when I am typing too. Is there a way to make the sensor less sensitive, or reset its data....

Has anyone figured out how to get the 3g hotspot to work? I've moved mynet.apk to /system/app and set the permissions. It doesn't show up.
Does it rely on something else?

As far as I know, 3g hotspot relies on a blur feature. I'm currently testing a fix, I'll let you guys know when I have one. Until then, I highly recommend Wifi Tether for Root Users in the market, it does the job, and you can still have passwords like the 3g hotspot app. They all run off your phones 3g, one doesn't run faster than the other

No. To make font bigger, try using Spare Parts that I included with the rom

If you read the OP this ROM specifically meant to be blurLESS...and the dev stated not to even ask for blur items to be added back in.

Not to thread jack but on the email note... I can't believe pinch zoom on email hasnt been implemented into android yet. Even WinMo 6.5 has it!!

Back on topic though ... this rom is so quick, i've slowed the transitions just so i can keep up!!! overclocked to 1100 i'm loving my X now like my OG Droid

Only three problems so far (and two are probably related to themes but not entirely sure)

1st: handcent is off by a crazy amount of time. Not sure how to fix it, can't find a timezone setting like I heard some people say.

2: when running the ix theme, I updated to the aosp keyboard and camera and now text before sending (like the preview) is white on white so its not easy to see. I tried to update back numerous times through RM but nothing changes

3: Actually I lied, I can't think of a third lol. Great job so far though!
