What kind of car do you drive?

Anyone planning on installing long travel suspension?

Nope not me, don't need it. I don't do any hard core off roading where I'd need that.

When I ordered the Plenum repair kit from Hughes engines it came with new bolts. Some of those bolts are TTY (torque to yield) bolts so they shouldn't be reused. My bolts came out ok. The whole process took about 4-5 hours but I also did some machining of my intake manifold and my throttle body while I had it off.

That doesn't sound too bad. I guess I've just been hearing horror stories.

Anyone planning on installing long travel suspension?
No, I don't do rock crawling or anything severe. Mainly just mudding and regular offroading.

I can already fit 35's with a leveling kit if I want to. But I'm sticking to 33's for the fuel economy.

I have a leveling kit on the floor in my bedroom. 3" in the front, 1.5" in the rear. Not sure if I will put it on yet. I would much rather wait and do long travel, but it's so expensive I'd be waiting for a good five years before I could start buying the needed parts. I just want to do something different. Everyone in town has their trucks lifted up 6" or more, and it looks ridiculous. And you can tell they never go offroading because they're always spotless underneath. Long travel would look sick and be practical in the areas I go offroading.

Here's my car... a 2010 Infiniti G37S 6MT, Black Obsidian, Premium/Nav/Aero/Midnight Grille, lowered on Eibach's, Fujita Intake, ARK Cat-Back, 8,000 HID and 20% Tint

When I used to bracket race there was a pinto, did like 24 seconds in the ¼ mile. That thing was tough to beat. He had like a .500 or better reaction time.

aliens don't use razr's, they use obsidian.

Always loved the G35 now G37 of course, i had a totally done 5.0L i sold when i met my wife and was going to buy a MT6spd black on black G35 but bought a R6 Bike instead! Regret it every day now that I've got a son bikes too dangerous and sports cars aren't in the budget right now, (wife says) so I drive a stick 6spd 2013 Elantra and to be totally honest I don't mind it. :)
