May I suggest that the honchos here be sure to have separate, new, and thus easier to locate threads when a) the update.zip file is posted and another b) with initial eyewitness opinions/reactions to the update once people have it up and running...

If you can't see the update.zip in that location it may be in /cache and have to pull it with ADB .

I noticed the 2.01 update when I hit the alarm clock last time. I did the whole update thing half asleep. It could have been there all night. I don't know?
